Our Summer adventures 2019

This post of mine was delayed due to a sudden earthquake happened since Monday (4/22/2019), it was my first time that I saw our ceiling fan dangling in our house in Pasig. Intensity 4 is a surreal, disturbing and terrifying. Anyways, we have to pray to God the Father through Christ as it is the only thing that #humanKind can do.

Going back to my summer story, we originally planned to have our day tour in Villa Excellance Beach & Wave Pool Resort located in Ternate, Cavite. However, upon reaching their area by 10AM (left the house @ 7am), we only got to informed that it was already full and there are no cottages available. To our dismay, we changed our plan and decided to go to Virgin Island beach resort or the Aquatico Beach resort hoping to get at least a day tour, oh by the way they accept credit card as mode of payment so we go ahead.

It was a long and traffic drive from Cavite to Batangas and the photo below was the path we took:
One of my craziest road trip #ayt?

After a lot of Waze-d time spent, we have finally reached Batangas, the first thing we reached was the Kaybiang Tunnel, it was so darn traffic because people are piling up in the area for a #photoOp adding the crowd from surrounding beach resorts. After passing by Kaybiang Tunnel, we quickly stopped by in the area to take a photo.

After taking this photo we go ahead and search for a candidate resort, we went to a path going to the resorts along Acua Verde, Virgin Island, White Cove Beach Resort, Aquatico Beach Resort. In the middle of the traffic we stopped by to the nearest fast food which is the Jollibee for lunch then we continued traveling until we reached our Snack time/Meryenda time @ Dominos Pizza.  While eating our pizzas, we have talked about finding a hotel since it's already past 3PM. Upon going out of the pizza store, my dad has met a guy who lives in Lipa, Batangas. He recommended going other way around since it is traffic, he recommended to us to visit Monte Maria beach resort instead so we went there. Unfortunately, the path going Monte Maria isn't a vehicle-friendly up to the resorts we targetted to stay in. The road was even more treacherous and horrific after passing by the Monte Maria resort. We have been aiming to get a room to check-in since it's already 6PM. We roamed around the seasides area of Lobo, Batangas to Laiya, unfortunately, after checking each resort we passed thru, none of them are available for an overnight stay.

We are almost on the brink of our frustration that we are now almost going to the town or what they called "Bayan" or the last resort, which is to go home to Pasig instead but when we passed thru a resort which is not that visible at night. That is the "NSC Private Resort", the last resort we planned to inquire.

We still give ourselves a chance so we went in and inquire if there's still a room for us for an overnight stay. Thank God after having a negotiation there's still "A" room left to accommodate us! Thank God for this blessing. Thank you Nanay Nila for accommodating us. We are so darn tired especially the 5months old baby that I am carrying after being on the road for more than 10hours.

So this is the room we slept and stayed in:
The room has 2x single beds that can fit two slim persons and a beach chair, a beach chair where my dad is currently resting, a foldable dining set and a fan. This room is sharing an aircon unit from the other side of this room via a small open-slit room divider (above); wait! there's more! this room has a decent size bathroom/comfort room. The cost of this room is Php 8k.

The next morning we ate the food that was supposedly our lunch yesterday, the SPAM(breakfast) and pan-grilled liempo (lunch) that I grilled on our butane gas cooker. The owners, especially Nanay Nila, even offer us a portion of food for breakfast despite the package we paid for doesn't include breakfast-lunch-dinner package, they still offer food for breakfast and even after I asked if I can pay for extra rice due to our rice shortage, she gave a kilo of it instead. 😇

These are the pictures taken from the NSC private resort area:

The boy in the pool wearing the yellow swimming life vest is Zephyrus! He's having fun!

The area where the orange "flying Fiesta" car parked in, is the room we stayed in. We were also captured in this picture prepping our breakfast. I also saw this drone hovering on top of us. I never thought that they will post this in NSC's FB page: https://www.facebook.com/nscprivateresort/

The pictures below are from my Samsung A7 2018 phone:

This is me, the 5-months preggy and Nanay Nila, Thank you so much Nanay! May you always be the light and blessings to all tourist/travelers like us. God Bless you and your business.

To give you a sample rate, the Kubo below is priced @ 15k/night and it has aircon! If my memory serves me right, that includes the Kubo sitting right next to it.

Kubo's balcony

 And hey~! it's a loft-type kubo!

Overall, this neat and decent place is ideal for a family gathering or rent the whole private resort for an event. The staffs here are very courteous, generous and hospitable. Owners are very easy to deal with.

Carboxytherapy originated at the Royal Spas of France in 1932 with the treatment of patients afflicted by peripheral arterial occlusive disease. In South America and Europe, carbon dioxide therapy has been applied to the treatment of stretch marks, cellulite, and hypertrophic scars with impressive results.
